This section features some of the best illustrative work from ink, to graphite, to watercolors and oils. My pen and pencil work is more oriented toward boudoir, animals, and human-animal hybrid depictions centered around negative space and two-dimensionality. My paintings have been primarily focused on portraiture and the use of vibrant color to elicit emotionality. These traditional art practices are a sentimental predecessor to my digitally concentrated practice today. From just starting community college to completing a BFA at UF, painting, and drawing continue to inform a passion for creation by acting as my home base to re-cherish where my art began.
